Painting is a common process in many industries, and normally it will be handled in a kind of closed environment. There will be vapors or gases and mist particles generated during the parting operation at the same time. So respiratory protection for both gases/vapors and particles will be needed in painting workshop.

The welding fumes produced during welding process are fine particles and are dangerous to people’s health. It is recommended that the respiratory protection products like FFP2 particulate filtering mask or mask with P2 filter or higher grade should be needed for the welding workers.

The body needs to be surfaced and finished before painting. The dip coating line is generally closed in the environment and the concentration is high, and it is recommended to protect the mist particles and toxic and harmful vapors generated during the operation at the same time.

The occupational hazard of the final assembly process is relatively light compared with other processes. In the assembly process, there may be some particulate hazards, and it is recommended to choose respiratory protection products with odor reduction functions.
